A small agency that answers its email
We have represented prime residential property across Thailand since 2010. The work has not changed much: find the right home for the right person, and be honest about it. What has changed is the tooling on our side — the catalogue, the enquiry flow and the way we keep a lead from going cold while a buyer is still deciding.
Fewer listings, properly described
We would rather show thirty homes we know in depth than three hundred we have seen once. Every listing states the running costs, the drawbacks and what the neighbourhood is actually like.
One agent from first call to handover
You are not passed between departments. The person who answers your first enquiry is the person who shows you the property and the person who handles the completion.
The agent lives there
Each destination has a permanent resident. That is the only way to answer a question like 'what is the road like in monsoon' with anything other than a brochure.
Priced in the open
We publish the asking price and the price per square metre on every listing, and we will tell you when a property is overpriced for what it is.
